Pair of Bridgestone Potenza RE040 214/45 R16 86W tyres
used -  approx 4mm tread remaining. Came off the rear of a facelift MR2. No Damage.

I changed all 4 as my fronts had worn down, and now have AD08Rs as I couldnt buy the RE040 any more.

May be useful for someone who wants to wear their fronts down before replacing all 4.

Auction ends Friday 7th July at 00:00 BST
Reserve price of £5

Collection only from Botley oxford. I'm sometimes in Bristol (once a month ish) so can drop off there too.

The way i like to drive the AD08R's are significantly better. Way more grip in both the wet and the dry (comparing  my used RE040 to the new AD08R so not strictly fair).
Had some hairy moments under accelaration with the RE040, but the AD08R for me hasnt snapped on me under either heavy breaking or acceleration, cornering. you have to push quite hard to get them to slip and its progressive when they do slip. I find the RE040 in comparison is less progressive.
