Is it possible to fit an hardtop without the hinges on the back? Or wil it not seal properly? Those 2 hinges are hard to find and really expensive.

Some people do without but I wouldn't.
Will it seal tight enough at 70mph to keep the wind and rain out?
If you had an accident would an eagle eyed assessor notice and use it against you.
Who knows.
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

I don't drive with it. I only drive the car when the weather is nice, top down.
