Quote from: "MIDSHIPSTER"The style of mine are sharper in design to that of the Toyota accessory ones too.

I have both styles of side skirts (part of two full GB kits), one set with the sill lip and one without, I haven't noticed the style of one to be sharper than the other though. In what respect is it sharper? I'm curious.  s:? :? s:?
Also how did you install the front corner spat protector? It looks great, I'd like to do the same on my car   s:D :D s:D

I'll take a picture of my mates car side skirt and then mine to show the differences very soon.

I used a rubber strip with 3M tape and I bought some self tapping black screws to secure to the underside of the front corner splitters.
Used to protect any universal splitters or low front ends. Make sure the surface underneath is flat.

Here's some images close up of the protectors...

Also did the proper restoration job on the headlights as posted on here...came up a treat, would recommend all do this as it also gets rid of any tiny stone chips too.
They come up brand new looking.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for you on my next regular trip through Solihull to visit the 'Inlaws' in Shirley!  Good idea re the rubber strip under the front spats - might give that a go myself.   s:D :D s:D

I've found there are small differences between the ones that are fitted at the factory and the Toyota accessories ones.

The factory fit (above) - looks sharper more pronounced in design especially towards the front. The accessory one (below) looks softer in design.
See here..

I'm generally seen in the Balsall Common area and over to Sutton Coldfield in the 2!   s:D :D s:D

Not sure if this helps personally I think the sharper line gives a better definition but a tad biased obviously !

If I had a choice I prefer the sharper ones because they don't go over the sill and look clean cut.
This is subjective obviously. Matches the front splitters on mine as there are not softer in design either.

Just doing testing with some radios trying to see the distance you get. A few of us had a quick meet up one evening to try out. All went well.
My other mates red one is near finished now after fitting the Lotus 16/17 wheels, bodykit, rear apron and lowered.
Just waiting to fit a couple of full exhaust systems with decat on mine and my mates to finish and let the trips begin.

After fitting that lot I would ditch the two way radios........You won't hear bugger all lol    s:lol:  s:lol:

I remember taking them on our first Corfu trip (Link in my siggy) and even using ear pieces we couldn't hear anything.

Cobra exhaust and decat manifold fitted.

Just a note to anyone considering buying a Cobra..there is a massive wait. Ours took over 4 months to arrive.
On Ebay and other suppliers they do not have them ready off the shelf. They are made to order. That's free advice!

Rogue Systems fitted mine and my friends and this was not an easy task.
Rogue as usual were fantastic.. they were NOT defeated in sorting this out!
