I found an old Japanese vid showing a MR2 with these headlight covers.
Does anyone know if these can still be bought and if so where?

I did find this article on forming acrylic sheet in the oven, maybe it could be possible to make my own?
Anyone done something like that?

On ebay.
Owned a few Toyotas, still own a few. Known around the interweb as Old Red Celica. Heinz our TF300 is named that because he\'s number 057.  MR2 is technically Mrs Old Red\'s, but she does FB, I do forums.

Look in the affiliate section, glassfibre products do something similar.

Yes, those light surrounds do look excellent, I think they are much better than the more common version which don't separate the indicator from the headlight. I have never seen this version for sale unfortunately. Also they may not work so well with FL lights which have separate dipped/main beam bulbs.
Silver 2004 MR2 -  Unmodified but very shiny.

My God, they're a bit pricey.

I think they give the car a sort of Ford RS200 look (which is fine by me).

But, yes, that's pricey.

Cheers for the replies.
A bit pricey! $501   s:shock:  s:shock:   or £384. You can buy a pair of headlights for less.
Might have a go at making my own in the future though, lots of other things to do first.
