Alarm...what alarm

I managed to set the alarm off on my car today by reaching into the cabin area to get my phone.

what a disappointment that was, i think my mobile rings louder   s:shock: :shock: s:shock:  

This surprised me a little because it's supposed to be a thatham cat1 system, there is no way it'd wake me up in the middle of the night if it were to go off.

After having a look for the sounder, i found it under the spare wheel inside a cover which is then closed inside the storage area which is further closed in by the bonnet!

What were toyota thinking?

They could have put it in lots of places and still had a secure system.
