Fitting a single din headunit into an 04 Roadster, HOW?

Ok, i've owned 2 x mk2 mr2s and me and the missus have today pciked up an 04 roadster. I've fitted many aftermarket stereos in the past but just so I don't break any clips etc, how do you remove the old headunit out of the roadster and what can go underneath where they'll be a single din gap?
