Stereo Grounding Point and Amp

Sorry if this is posted somewhere else.

Could someone confirm where the original stereo grounding point is please?

My amp wiring kit suggests i should ground it to the same point. I know this is not essential, im just interested to know.

Also, i may be being very dim. But its been ages since i fit my amp in my other car. The wiring kit comes with the fuse holder which in on a 4inch loop of wire and then i have a long role of positive power cable. Will i need to cut the loop to connect the wire?

To me this doesnt seem the most ideal thing to do and im sure my last wiring kit had the power cable and fuse complete as one item.
