electric aerial

does any one know what signal is sent down the electric aerial wire.

1 is it on for up and off for down.
2 is it one blip for up and another for down.

3 any other ideas?

The wire at the head unit end requires 12v for up, 0 volts for down. This is fed into a relay situated beneath the Drivers side rear storage bin, wheich then drives the antenna.

Grant is correct, and my Sony always puts the arial up which I did not want so I fitted a latching push to make switch so If I want radio just press the switch.   s:D :D s:D
SOLD No more 2. Just a bus for the family..........
