[MOD]Thread locked, this has been debated hundreds of times previously. Toyota designed the car with a width stagger, much like the huge majority of RWD performance cars. They also fitted the same make and model all around, it stands to reason that is the safest way to maintain the car. If you want to experiment then it's a free country and you're welcome to try. The majority of experienced owners tend to keep the same make and model all around while also keeping the tyre stagger as close as possible to the ratio originally sold on the car. [/MOD]
