wheel advice please

got the chance to buy some replacment wheels...nowt flashy but in better condition than the standard ones.
just need to check with you guys that the fitment will be ok.
the wheel size is 15inch 6.1/5 j all round with of set of 40.
i am going to put 195 tyres on the front and 205 on the rear.
will they fit? answer required asap please
