Correct wheels/tyres for prefacelift

Ok..i know this has probably been asked a 1000 times and having searched for ages on here i just wanted to ask the question as im still unclear. There are more threads for stagger etc for the facelifts concerning this, rather than the prefacelift.

After my post about new wheels i've found a style i like (thanks PaullyP2010).

These are:

4 X 17 TEAM DYNAMICS PRO RACE ALLOYS 4 X 100 4 studs.

Now these aren't staggered wheels.

So my question is can i use these with correct tyre setup?
