How do you remove the lower grey covers on the pillars?

I'm trying to fit a stereo and I stumbling at the first hurdle, can't seem to figure out how to remove the lower grey covers of the central pillars, any one know?

They just clip on, get behind one edge and pull away from the middle   s:wink: :wink: s:wink:

Ha thanks, managed to get them off, gave me a blood blister in the process!
