replacement red seat covers

Can you buy the OEM red cloth seat covers from MrT? I would like to replace the drivers side as it spoils my otherwise perfect car  s:( s:(  
I know you can swop the backrest over. I guess the only other way is to get one from a breaker, but it would need to be a low miler. Can you swop the passenger side seat cover for drivers side?

I'm pretty sure you can't swap the seat section as the drivers side has the height adjuster? You may be able to if you cut a new hole for the adjuster and the hole in the drivers seat would be up against the centre console on the passenger side so you wouldn't see it afterwards anyway? It's a pretty quick way to find out, only four bolts holding the seat rails to the floor of the car and four more holding the seat to the rails.
