Opinions please...original seat cover price....

Evening all, I recently became the owner of a nice little MY2001 roadster with the original red bucket seats, and, also acquired a replacement cover for the rear of the seat with fitting kit that had never been fitted to the seat.

I called Toyota today to try to get hold of a cover for the base and at the same time find out how much the backrest cover cost..................£385.71 + vat and 7-10 days delivery from Japan,special order only.........can this be right...................for a seat cover.....?

Have decided to "upgrade" to a nice set of tan leather seats and wondered what the value of said seat cover was as I no longer need it.......?

Value of a seat backrest cover in red? I'm guessing you might get £30 tops for it!

Toyota prices are crazy. I paid £15 today for a few plastic trim clips!
