I swear I have been searching for over an hour, but I just can't find it!!  s:( :( s:(  
I got a new(ish) set of oem mudflaps a little while ago, and now I can't find the damned fitting instructions. I seem to think there was some drilling involved, but I can't 100% recall.
Does anyone know where it's listed? Perhaps a linky?
