On the MR-S the passenger headlight is quite cloudy, looks like mould from condensation that's been trapped in the headlight.  I'm wanting to take it off, open it up and give it a good clean but what's the best way to do it? I've heard that you need to remove the front bumper, is that right?

Is it definitely inside?  Sometimes it looks as if it is inside but it is on the outside of the headlight glass/plastic.  Various methods of cleaning have been used by members on here including toothpaste.  Unfortunately, the discolouration will come back unless you use a uv protector after cleaning.  Some people have actually opened up the headlight for cleaning by putting the headlight in the oven   s:scared: :scared: s:scared:   but great care has to be taken with that and you would need to do a search of the Forum for the instructions for same.
