Best ideas are usually the simplest.
I'll be watching your progress. :)

The verb "To Dynax", dynaxing the rear subframe. Mmmm messy! Apologies for the sh*te photos, I'll take better ones when all the lines are finished.

One coolant pipe fitted so I can see what space I have to work with, gear linkages in & the clutch line is nearly there. Just the brake vac line & rear brakes to plumb in.

As a side note, if anybody wants to know bolt sizes / tap specs / line sizes needed etc, now's the time to ask before I start torquing stuff up  :)

Your idea of messy and mine are very different.
:)
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Does that include shatting in the drivers seat on a maiden 'charged V6 voyage?  ;D

Getting there... clutch line is done with coolant pipes in place, just 2 more brake lines to fettle. Decided to throw a wheel on like a child  ;D  :-[

Also managed to find some wheel arch flares which seem to match the Roadster's dimensions. Quick model up in CAD would suggest so; so I've ordered 4. Hopefully mock them up next week & see what's what.

Lol.

You needed to put the wheel on. It's called validation!! ;) 8)

Also, anyone else finding that the brake pipes picture is strangely calming? :)

Nah baallls to that, what I can't see won't hurt  :-[ He hopes....
When the Rotrex is singing & I'm trying to keep it all pointing forwards, I reckon clean grundies will be my main priority!

And it wasn't very calming this morning  >:( Routing 2 brake lines, clutch & brake vac whilst simultaneously fighting 2 honking great coolant pipes is a pain in the Japanese fella's vision giver  :D Should've stuck with OEM  :(

@J03 where would the fun be (for us) if it was easy?!?!
Hang in there, perhaps you need to put another wheel on to calm yourself! 8)

We have some arch flares! Outside diameter is absolutely bob on for the rear wings  :D Will try the fronts in the morning but they should be fine.

Not as aggressive as the Rogue jobbies, but 70mm overall/realistically a 50mm gain once fitted. Should hopefully look mean but not overly offensive with the TRD kit.

:-\ Why aren't they fitted yet?  :protest:

Hi, car looks to be coming along great!

Is the half cage soft top compatible and available off the shelf?

Cheers. Roll cage I bought second hand but they're available from Rogue Motorsport. Protection & Performance make the cages, however you can only deal via Rogue.
I'm just speaking with them now for the weld in foot plates, so here's their contact if you need it.... lyn@roguemotorsport.com   (Carolyn Mortell)

I'm 99% sure they're not soft top compatible. Just rip it out  ;)

Good to see the arches are fully installed.

@jvanzyl

What wheels and tyres are going under them?
