Buzzing relay and power steering

Hi all,

Any ideas what could cause one of my relays to buzz like a bee. It's quite loud but not crazy loud. My power steering pump is also humming louder than usual.

The car has just had the engine out and back in, I'm currently guessing it's a bad earth but not sure.

Any ideas?
