toyota cover quarter belt replacement

Hi does anyone know how to remove the Toyota cover quarter belt trim I've added a picture of the offending item which for some reason has become deformed and is letting the side down some what. Any help would be appreciated thanks

They clip in and have to be pried off.  Sometimes they break in the process. When I did mine a got a pair of good used replacements from J-Spec.
