Well I drove home in daylight yesterday from Somerset (60 miles), garaged her for the night as always.  Thought I'd wash her today as she was filthy so gave her a good wash. Went to start her after a wash - flat battery!  Fortunately I remembered the excellent Artech battery charger that I keep in the car. This really is an excellent piece of kit. Within a few minutes, Monty was running again.  I did invest in a new battery today as it was almost 6 years old and I had charged this battery up once before so didn't want to risk a second time.
