Title: Temperature sensors ECU pullup

Does anybody know the value of the pullup resistors in the Toyota ECU for the Engine Coolant Temperature and the Intake Air Temperature? The BGB specifies the resistance range for the thermistors but doesn't give the value for the ECU pullup to 5V.
