After my "slight mishap" on Wednesday at Mallory park I've managed to get the 2 up on stilts to assess the damage. Pictures are below.
I think I need:
Front arms: are something like these still recommended? eBay Yaris arms (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/332659560803?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=SULLi5DqS3m&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=VZjQtD8CSGi&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY)
Drop links
And I think that's it? Anything I'm missing?

Those will do the job.
While you've got them out, take the chance to clean, de-rust, treat and paint the inner mounting brackets. That front subframe needs a bit of TLC before it's too far gone.
A trick with the vertical bolt, is to undo it a bit at a time, knocking the a-arm back up the bolt as you go. Plenty of Plus-Gas !!
Well done, by the way. It shows you were trying.
Thank you
@Carolyn - I've treated the sub frame last year but the winter hasn't been kind it seems. I'll get some rust converter ordered up, I've already got the other bits.
And yes, I was trying a bit too hard!

I meant knocking the A-arm up not the sub-frame. (God knows what I was thinking when I wrote that.)
