Mán that will be hárd. Public transport has it´s charms, well can have sometimes, but not when you need to depend on it.  I have two lady drivers and still feel immobilised  ::)  My empathy for the both of you and whishing you all the mental strength to recover.

Now, 6 weeks do nót fly by, but when they have passed, it will be near summer in the UK too.
That observed about 6 weeks, as written above, have my first revision tomorrow and that marks 3 weeks ´already´.

Well! It turns out my "smear" has worked! Great suggestion @Carolyn !

Nice and dry...

The only other leak remaining is this one that appears on the corner of the block by the sump.

I fitted all the rest of my clamps, and continued trying to get air out of system. Going to need more fuel I think and likely a drive up the hill..

an update for my followers  ;D

Several ideas for mods but nothing done yest. #1 was over for the weekend but I was abducted by lovers.

No concrete details from sc seller.

Recovering GREAT but first revision with traumatologo tomorrow. Will ask when/how much drive car, ride motorbike, make love. Have behaved very well I think; only sát on the Vespa, moved about Esmeralda on parking lot only, best not mention the latter  O:-)

Mine´s only a mechanical thing; replacement bearing. It´s that the bone needs time and reattached ligaments even more. The screws are like temporary spot welds and are not meant to take any loads. Sigh....

p.s.  Belle being SMT means téchnically I should be allowed to drive her without full recovery... Just don´t mention the steering wheel mod and ps delete .

Maintenance, Problems & Troubleshooting / No Speedo
Last post by lukeydoo - April 30, 2024, 19:09
I have a K20 MR2 Spyder and the speedo is dead at the moment. I have also removed the ABS module on the car and replaced the system with a proportioning valve to modulate braking front to back. The rest of the ABS system is still in place - ABS ECU and all four abs sensors. Checking the ABS codes, I had a few of them, but I resolved one unconnected sensor and reset the ABS ECU and now just have error code 14. Do I need to drive it for the speedo to magically come back to life? Or is something else causing the speedo issue? Any help is welcome!
