Which Tape

hi guys, recently got new badge for the car (2nd hand) and the adhesive is gone so needing to get some tape from halfrods.

anyone know the best stuff to use.  i seen double sided stuff that said could be used for the sills on cars and stuff but want to make sure i dont get something that would damage paint when i come to take it off again one day (although dont no if any double sided stuff is strong enough to damage paint?)
