This is my understanding of the final drive ratios.
Euro 6SP has a higher ratio (lower numerically) of 3.94
IDK what the Euro 5SP is.
USDM 6SP is lower (higher numerically) at 4.5
USDM 5SP  4.31 MR2
USDM 5SP 3.94 '03+ Corolla
USDM 5SP 3.7X '98-'02 Corolla.

A 3.7/3.94 FD in an N.A. car will be slower off the line and generally not as fun to drive as a 4.3 or 4.5 but is excellent for a turbo car.

Final ratios are not swappable between 5sp and 6sp but you can swap 5 to 5 and 6 to 6.Over here theres at least one turbo owner thats using the spyder 5SP gears with the pre-2003 Corolla final drive.
