The Aircon Switch

Right I now have the A/C switch installed and it lights up etc.
However due to it being the AC switch it only comes on when the fan is on as its part of the HVAC

I want to use that switch for something else, but I dont want to put the blowers on every time  want to use that switch, is there an easy fix?
