Leather Hand Brake

Hi

Has anyone purchsed the red leather handbrake from Japanparts? (link below).

Is it a brand new handbrake or just a leather patch that has to be stiched on?

If its a new handbrake - would Mr. T fix it for me?!

Not seen that before, but I'd guess it's a new one completely - the TRD one I have involved cutting the stock rubber off to a certain point, then placing the new one over the top and securing with screws on the underside - pretty easy to be honest.
