As per an Autoglym rep, not the stuff to use on a vinyl roof, washes off easily and offers no UV protection, it's meant for the interior trim. Use bumper and trim gel or Renovo instead.

I can only go by my results. Used it four months ago and still looks good. Maybe I did get the wrong stuff. But it says on the kit it's for vinyl roofs?

I'm sure you are right, no argument here! Maybe when it needs doing again I'll try something else.

Took the roof photo this evening, wasn't really that wet. Just a bit of drizzle!

The other one was taken last week sometime just after cleaning/polishing/sealing the bodywork.
