First job I normally do on any newly purchased car is upgrading the old bulbs which can make a big improvement IMO. Iv read on hear night breakers seem to be the preferred choice for the headlight bulbs but what do you guys buy for the side lights plus which bulbs for rear number plate?

Quite a few of us use these CLICKY........Don't make the mistake in thinking some of them don't work when you fit them as they only work one way round    s:wink:  s:wink:

What LEDs do you guys use for the rear number plate lights?

Just read the rear number plate bulbs are the same as the side lights bulbs. The those LEDs above will do the rear plate as well?

The LED's colour should match the colour of the lens through which they shine.
Number Plate LEDs should be 'white'.
SideMarker LEDs should be amber.

We call the front parking lights "side lights" in the UK so alij100 may be referring to those, which presumably should be white?

Are those bulbs the same as the number plate lights?
Silver 2004 MR2 -  Unmodified but very shiny.
