Have you looked at BCs though. You can sometimes sneak up to a canny deal for them.
They were the midrange coilover of choice before MeisterR came with their ridiculous group buy :)

D'oh! ::) ::) ::) ::) I think I read that before, but I that is when I was set on the MeisterR: I thought they were readily  available and I thought they were actually British manufacturing. Turns out I was wrong on all accounts.

I think the weird naming conventions and so many options were putting me off the BC Racing option, but I guess that once I'm suitably informed, I ought to be happy with the extra choice.... so you've got the BR series Type RS. with the 4kg+6kg spring rate... which sounds like a good step from OEM, for a road-focussed daily driver.

The BC Racing are actually cheaper than MeisterR now, unless they start doing their group buys again, but I've been asking them for the last 6 months about one, but all that has really happened is they've gone out of stock.

edit: added a screenshot with the prices... first screenshot made it look like I was paying £1050!

I'm going for the hybrid (rubber padded pillowball) rear topmount and 4kg / 6kg springrates - I can always get new springs if I want to put more weight in the back (V6) or shift the focus to be more track focussed... I'm a year away from any significant change in use / change in power...

How much were the kSports?

The only place that I could see them was a relatively new eBay store... £760+P&P.

Anybody else that has advertised them in the past (e.g. TCB parts) doesn't hold stock, so it was ~8 weeks lead time and likely to around £800 - I think the previous TCB deal was at a different USD exchange rate, so probably not coming around again any time soon - if anybody had suggested they could start importing them in bulk and bring the prices down, then I would have gladly been the Guinea Pig, but I'm not keen to pay over the odds to beat a path that nobody else would want to take when MeisterR/BCRacing are similar prices (or even cheaper, given the larger volumes that the BC Racing / MeisterR get imported in)...

Nothing, I think: you said we didn't need to (or have time to?) to do polybushes... I think I've got everything else...

I have:
BC Racing coilover kit: BR Series, type "RA" (hybrid rubber/pillowball rear), 4kg + 6kg spring rates.
Eibach camber bolts (I think there's only two though or did I need four?)
OEM droplinks (front and rear)

Boerewors to be picked up closer to the time.

Same as me :) You will enjoy.

Camber bolts are for the rear only. Make sure you fit them as per instructions. They're a pain to set.

...neutiquam erro.

@shnazzle what settings are you running your BC Racings on for regular road use and how do you measure it? (all the way to max "Hard", then count the clicks back?)

I can't recall what we set it to at @jvanzyl 's house, but I tightened it up 2 clicks front and rear afterwards.
