Trd spoiler brake light wiring

Could anyone with a genuine trd spoiler tell me how the wiring routes around the engine lid ?

I'm using mt TRD spoiler light as a high intensity rear light, mines a JDM car and they don't have rear fogs.  I suspect you will have to run a wire from the existing high-level brake light.

If you look carefully you will see the bits of wiring, and the way the mount works.
