What a lovely weekend that was!   s8) 8) s8)

Hi everyone,

Just bought a car cover (Or Pyjama) for the night as petals from the nearby tree are sticking to the body work and proving difficult to remove. I fitted the cover and was quite impressed with the way it stayed on the car etc.

Just one problem, the alarm wouldn't stop sounding as their was a small breeze lifting the cover very slightly. I can only imagine that the movement of the cover was disturbing the alarm.   s:cry:  s:cry:

So.....Does anyone know how I could remedy this? Can I turn off the alarm?

Slightly off the subject.....I left my roof open yesterday, and locked the car, then returned to put my hand into the car and the alarm didn't sound.....How comes?

All help appreciated please

who knows how these microwave thingies really work but, on the remote on the key, 1st press locks and arms the alarm, second press puts in deadlocks, 3rd press disables the interior sensors and the lights will flash once and then stay on for a few seconds

Thanks for that matey, I am hoping this works. As the cover is quite nice and does the job nicely too.

I am hoping that the interior sensors are the ones that are being affected.
