Seeing the thread on cleaning the vinyl soft-top made me wonder about the best way of keeping my leather seats in good condition. Any advice gratefully received. Thanks.
Autoglym do a leather cleaner that also feeds the leather. I'm sure that practically every other car-care product manufacturer does one too.
The company that retrimmed my car recommended cleaning the seats using normal mild hand soap, then treating them with one of the leather conditioners.
They said under no circumstances should I use the normal leather cleaners as most of them will rot the stitching due to the solvents they contain.
