Title: can anyone reccomend?

somewhere which can make up mandrel bent intercooler pipes

I need something in teh region of 2.5" pipe preferably made from ali

I could make my own with straight sections and couplers, but teh stock rubber hose has so many direction changes it would be rather an arse to build that way

Try Merlin Motorsport Mark, they advertise 2" pipe custom bending, I'd be surprised if they couldn't help in some way.
