Title: Plugs in engine bay
Post by: no1trancefan on March 12, 2013, 13:36
THere are some rubber plugs that go across the engine bay at the top below the lid in a row, i managed to take some out when cleaning and lost one. I have been through the parts catalogue but cannot locate hte part does anyone know what these are called. WHen you lift the boot lid and look at hte back towards the car there are a number of rubber gromits that span the engine bay.

Ask Cheap Toyota Parts in the affiliates section, I'm sure he'll know what you're after.

Not sure on the official name but "rubber engine lid height stops/adjusters" is how I'd describe them! Try PMing MattPerformance, he may well have a few spare ones kicking around. I'm sure he'd mail you out one for next to nothing.
