Title: 02 sensor blank check engine
Post by: Stag on December 1, 2019, 13:27
I'm back with another problem, hope all are well.

I've decided I'm moving to New Zealand in February. Leaving everything behind and going for it. So I need to get the mr2 ready for sale.

I have a problem where if I drive more than 10 miles or rag it a little bit I get a check engine for all the 02 sensors giving a blank response. I've tried putting in different sensors but still the same problem.

I've got a full after market exhaust with no cat, but I didn't have this problem before we swapped the new engine in. It can be cleared instantly. Any ideas ?

Well- it's normal to get the check engine light with no cat.
So in this instance it's behaving correctly.
However no codes is weird. Have you tried a different code reader? Preferably a wired one..

Don't get check light with the GG and no cat.
