You want a sump plug washer rather than a sump plug. Having now got 20. I will donate one of those.
Oil. Only need 3.7
MrT will likely give you his own oil, which as per spec is a semi synthetic.
Plugs. Never bought plugs from Mr t.
But my last lot of correct spec ngks was less than £10 delivered.

My 2002 car, according to Toyota service schedule requires air filter replacement at 4 years or 30k miles. In 4 services Mr T did not replace the air filter on my car. When I started to service the car myself I found the air filter in need of a change.
The Toyota air filter seems to have a long life , until it doesn't.
I noticed that certain items on the schedule listed as required were blanked out by the garage, the answers to my queries concerning this action and other omissions led me to dispense with that garages "service".
4 years. :o
I replace my air filter yearly. Sheer decadence I know.

The Toyota MR2 Roadster was designed as an OPEN top vehicle and as such has no need for a pollen filter as pollen, of various types, can be found, at certain times of the year, in abundance in the fresh air that is copiously available to us when employing such a vehicle as it was intended to be enjoyed.
For those requiring assistance in defence of pollen various anti histamine products are available, prescription free, from a pharmacy near to you.

Unfortunately, since early this morning, we have been enduring an extreme paucity of such liquid. Five of Severn Trent's local main supply pipes have burst and although apologies have been flowing the commodity is not!
My local AD quoted me £57 for the full service kit and the oil quoted was fully synthetic (5 ltr).
Be nice to know the breakdown.
Seems a little on the heavy side. Perhaps the plugs are bumping things up.

The parts guy said with the age and low millage he would recommend fully synthetic, he said treat it and not much more expensive.

give MR T Cardiff a ring 02920348555 ask them the say questions. see how much it is then phone your local MR T and see if they price match. i have found that when you mention a another main dealer cheaper they will come down.

@TheTigerUK we get our service kits from a main dealer (Helensburgh Toyota) and get wipers along with the rest of the service kit and it came in around £55/56 Inc vat and obviously less without them, if i remember rightly around £45 Inc vat. Everything is OEM Toyota. We also got an Aircon Condenser which was basically same price as copies on eBay and actually cheaper than some advertised. We always check main dealer price first and then know what the max is that we should be paying.
Picked my service kit up today £57.65 with discounts.

£38 from Stoneacre Toyota Silverlink (semi synth oil), in Jan this year.
Never figured out the discrepancy between different dealers. Effectively (for ours at least) they discount the oil to 1 pence.
I would spend that in oil alone on my old turbo car 😄
Just ordered a full service kit from Cardiff Toyota for the princely sum of £38.53, which includes 5litres of Fully synthetic oil 5w30 for free, oil and air filters, plugs and sump plug washer.
My more local Bridgend Toyota dealer had never heard of the service kits and wanted £85 for the same items :o

Bridgend did match the best price when i was looking for my front bumper then i asked Cardiff to match the best price and they did.
iam surprised that Bridgend did not do service kits :-[ :-[

Northallerton Toyota today seemed unable to produce service items for the MR2.
He had a filter and sump washer, and oil for £60.

A guy on a Facebook group got filters & oil for under £37. Good from a Dealer. But if ebay's 20% offer is used they can be got under that easily. And you don't have to go & get it.
