Do these bushes wear as mine look like they are starting to? Was thinking of replacing them with PU bushes. Next question is do the bolts/nuts rust up and seize? Are any of the nuts captive?

Yes the bolts do rust up and seize. Very often the heads just pop off. Yes it has captive nuts. But it's easy enough to drill out stubs and re-tap.

I think the bolt thread protrudes beyond the nut, so that can be cleaned & penetrant applied. Try a tightening-force 1st.
