Title: Is this repaired wire critical?
Post by: fawtytoo on August 3, 2022, 15:02
I found this repair which I will make more permanent. But before I get round to that, if it breaks again is it critical? I don't what it's plugged into.

That's the solenoid/valve for the tank vent system (in a nutshell) lets the vapours into the intake system, it's better to have it working than not.

Throws a code if not connected. Important to running? Meh. Important to keeping errors away, yes
