I have noticed that since I changed the gearbox oil as part of the service the car appears to have a slight high pitched whine under acceleration in 6th hear and only in 6th gear. Anyone had this and know the likely cause? The fluid is at the right level so I am assuming it could be a worn gearing. Anything else?
What oil did you use?
