Title: Turbo testfit
Post by: Nvy on April 14, 2023, 16:47
Went to test fit the turbo and it seems that the oil return line is a bit far. Can you please have a look and comment?

No comment other than if you manage to avoid the oil return line rubbing on the driveshaft then you've done a better job than @markiii or mattperformance has for my "Friday".

Some of the things I'm discovering about this car is making me raise eyebrows at the work supposed  experts have attempted (then failed at) over the years.

I am thinking of a solid 12mm line, at the turbo end straight down then 45 degree fitting and at the sump to be around 70 degree so that it can go over the shaft. Its gonna be too low if its under.

I will comment on your riders cars thread to not further derail Nvy´s.
