Title: 1ZZ crankshaft bearing cap bolts
Post by: maffiozo1234 on May 29, 2023, 11:07
Hi all,

Are the 10 main bolts that hold the crankshaft cap assembly to the deck of the block torque to yield single use? I can't seem to find any info about this or ever where to get new bolts.

Same question again regarding fly wheel bolts are they single use?

TIA

Technically the only torque to yield screws are the head ones, for everything else the manual gives torque settings and states to replace any that don't meet those figures.
I've reused them previously without issue.

I'd be happy to reuse.

ARP do replacement bolts, but you may have issues sealing the oil pan.
