vinyl peel on rear glass

Hello,
have any of you had an issue (or know of someone) with there rear glass,

I noticed my vinyl on passenger side is peeling away from the glass.
is there any proper product out there on the market to keep it held in place ,iv tried polyurethane to bond it ,with this i oiled the folding hindges.. but after a while when its been folded and locked down ,i open it up its fine ,most of time it has split again..need something to hold it over until i get either soft top from japanparts,,or fix this roof and invest in a hardtop.
