No Stu it's not that one, it's made by Autonostics, when I cleared the code the CEL cleared as well, this one does a P-Scan which repeats 4 times - so I'm not sure.

It also came with a book full of all the codes you can expect and what they mean.

In the end I didn't go to Mr T to get new O2 sensors. Matt is working on something for me as we think it might be that before I go to Mr T. He thinks there is to much of the O2 sensor in the pipe and is working on a extension for it.

Hmmmm That sounds familiar, I take it you've got the SP downpipe then. I had an extension bung made for mine, still need to test it more before I can confirm it was big enough. Another word for the extension piece I've had made is a Sparkplug anti fouler  s:wink:  s:wink:

FWIW, I've been running mine on it for the last 18 months.

Seems fine on it - the car was originally mapped for 98RON Optimax before V-Power was introduced, so running it on 99RON Tesco's fuel adds some additional safety margin in.

Only difference I've noticed - on Optimax on my old Mk2 Turbo, the enamel on the spark plugs would come out white. Usually a sign the plug has been too hot - but I think it was more the detergent/cleaning additives they put in.

Using Tesco's 99RON, the spark plugs have been coming out a more 'traditional' tan colour on the Roadster.

They don't do the one I got any more- it was a cable, box (scantool.net ELM323 chip ?) and then some more cables to get it hooked up to my iPAQ, plus finally OBD Gauge to act as a gauge and to check the error codes that may have been stored.

The box and cables was about £130 ISTR - but it looks like they've got other options now for much less than this.
