PPE Engineering are now making a proper 4 into 2 into 1 exhaust manifold to SC member "LittleRockets" Burns Engineering design. The Burns design was done to calculate the ideal length of the primary and secondary collectors required to gain the most benefit for the 1ZZ-FE's specific breathing characteristics. The Manifold incorporates bungs for all 3 O2 sensors, and from the photos it looks like the Primary O2 sensors are now mated to the relevent cylinders, rather than the "averaged O2" arrangement used on the original PPE 4 into 1 manifold, which, in my eyes at least, was it's major achilles heel.

The design does put the primary O2 sensors quite a bit further downstream than would normaly be considered ideal, but according to LittleRocket the only effect of this is to make the mixture a little richer.

I guess I'll pass the 1st GB anyway and hope that someone dynoes it. And then pass the 2nd GB, cause I got the TTE turbo  s:twisted:  s:twisted:
Sure you can live without 500hp, but it\'s languishing.
