USB to Auxiliary connection

Any opinions on this item I've come across

has anyone fitted one or one like it in an MR2 (not the Sony one, the Fisher Price one)?  I've now got stacks of CD in my (my wife's) MR2 with as you know not much space and to add to it the CD's are all getting rather scratched. Using this option sounds like a good idea, well compared to the reports I've heard about the FM USB transmitters that are available from Ebay
