2002 Looking for new alloys

I have a 2002 on the standard 15" front and back.  They are in a bad way so i was thinking about some new ones.  Any idea on better sizes and tyre brands asmine are budgets  s:( s:(  and the tire market is mindboggling.  I have red the reviews about performance and that is making it more difficult.  any help would be appriceated.

Hi and welcome, covered a million times so a search will reveal all. However, tyres, general concensus is toyos, remember to keep the staggered set up. Wheels? there is a thread in the appearance section, my advice is no bigger than 16s all round and lowering springs.
