Hey guys i have been offered one of these at a price i cannot refuse (more available if anyone is looking £175 ~

So has anyone had any experience with this particular brand?

Am promised gains of 10BHP+

Not with that brand, and for good reason. Any decent shop wouldn't bother with them. Go get a proper piggyback system and get it professionally setup.

So they aren't very good then?

Can you give me some details as to its various pros nad cons if there are any pro's apart from price lol.
