Precat inspection

Hi,

I'm off to look at an MR2 mk3 for sale, shortly.
I'm aware I need to check the precats, but do I need to check under both oxygen sensors for precat deterioation??

You will only be able to check the tops, the two o2 sensors in the top of the manifold through the holes in the heatshield. It is only a guide as you are only seeing one end of each precat. You will need an o2 socket to remove the o2 sensors, 22mm rings a bell iirc.
