Zero Manifold Rant

Very disappointed with Zero's customer service, still haven't delivered my manifold and I had to phone and chase them..........again! Still haven't sent it yet due to various problems apparently, which I would have sympathy with IF they have at least kept me informed, so now have to cancel my garage appointment and wait until Monday.

They were quick enough to chase me for the cash and go through all the details about not being able to cancel because it is a special order item, to one of my employees (which left me seething) but can't pick up the phone to let me know that my order is delayed! So now over a week after my payment clears, still no manifold.

I know a few people on here have purchased a manifold through them and had no problems that I have heard of, but at the moment I am one very frustrated and p!ssed off customer.

Please tell me no one else has had this problem with them and that this is just a hic-cup in their service.

Thank god I don't run my company the way they do.
